*Damaged or incorrect items* — Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return required.

Incorrect address — Orders shipped to the wrong address are not eligible for refund.

*Change of mind* — Because tea is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened tea packages. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to issue a refund for any unopened tea products — no return required. If you’ve decided a tea is not for you, we encourage you to share it with a fellow tea lover!

Tea Essentials/Accessories are non-refundable except in cases of breakage or damage upon delivery.
